Packing Proof

Scan the label → record the parcel. When a bad return arrives, scan it → the packing video is found and protected for your claim.

⚠ Note: Recordings are saved only to the folder you choose on your computer, never uploaded. Whether a marketplace accepts a video as proof is their decision; check each platform's claim rules. Packing Proof and LabelStamp are not responsible for rejected claims or lost files — back up your drive.

1. Setup (once per session)

Choose the folder where videos should be saved (use a big external drive, ~100 GB for 45 days at 8,000 orders/month). Chrome will ask you to allow access each time you open the page.

Pack mode: scanning starts a recording of this parcel. Scanning the next parcel saves the previous clip and starts a new one.

Every return you scan appears here. "Video found" means your packing clip was located and protected.

Search any saved clip by order ID or AWB.

How it works

Pack mode: scan the outgoing label (USB scanners type the code and press Enter). Recording starts, auto-stops after the clip length, or when you scan the next parcel.
Return mode: scan the returned parcel's label. The tool finds the matching packing video, copies it to a Protected folder (never auto-deleted), and records a short opening video of the return.
Folders created: YYYY-MM-DD (daily packing clips), Protected and Returns.
Matching works on whatever code you scan. Use the same type of code at packing and at return (Order No / Sub Order No printed on both labels works best). Test with one real parcel first.
